From moving your eggs safely across borders, to ethical donation pathways, to long-term storage in our UK biobank — Egg Advisor is with you through the decisions that matter most.
Practical, ethical, and grounded in care
THREE CORE SERVICES
We built Egg Advisor because oocyte cryopreservation is a small but rapidly growing industry — and the ancillary services women genuinely need are still catching up. These three services are designed to fill that gap with precision and empathy.
01
Egg Transport
Specialist cryogenic logistics within the UK and internationally — including hand-carried courier service.
02
Egg Donation
Ethical pathways to donate your unused eggs — either to another person hoping to build a family, or to licensed scientific research.
03
Egg Storage
Long-term, cost-effective storage in our UK biobank — with full portfolio management and transparent annual fees.
OUR SERVICE
Egg Transport: Move your eggs, safely and with care
There are several reasons you may need to move your frozen eggs — pursuing IVF at a different clinic, relocating to a new city or country, transferring to a more cost-effective storage facility, or responding to a change in regulations or personal circumstances.
Whatever the reason, transporting frozen eggs is a well-established process. With the right preparation and experienced professionals, eggs can be safely moved both within the UK and internationally.
What makes our approach different
Dedicated hand-carried transport: A trained courier personally accompanies your eggs from origin clinic to destination — not left to a standard commercial shipping chain.
Compliance with IATA standards: Cryogenic dewars maintain approximately −196°C for up to 20 days, with careful routing to avoid X-ray scanners.
Three-party coordination: We manage the relationship between your origin clinic, destination clinic, and our logistics team — including all paperwork, consents, and permits.
Clear communication at every stage: You will always know where your eggs are and what happens next. These are not just biological materials — they represent future possibilities.

OUR SERVICES
Egg Donation: Put your unused eggs to life-changing use
Studies suggest that up to 90% of women who freeze their eggs never return to use them — leaving a valuable asset underused. An overwhelming majority of women say they would donate their unused eggs if the process were clear and well supported.
Egg Advisor exists to make that possible. We connect donors with ethical, HFEA-aligned pathways — whether that means helping another person build their family, or contributing to licensed scientific research. Independent counselling and transparent processes are at the heart of everything we do.

OUR SERVICES
Long-term Egg Storage in our UK biobank
Following the extension of the UK storage limit from 10 years to 55 years, many women are rethinking where — and how — their eggs are stored. Annual clinic storage fees can reach up to £410, and over decades, the costs add up.
Our UK biobank offers a dedicated, cost-effective long-term home for your eggs, backed by full portfolio management: you keep track of your assets, receive alerts on innovations and regulatory changes, and benchmark against our wider dataset. It's storage, but with the oversight and transparency you'd expect from a financial asset.
What's included in biobank storage
Transparent annual fees: No surprise increases. You'll always know exactly what long-term storage costs.
Portfolio management dashboard: Track the number of eggs, retrieval dates, age at retrieval, vitrification method, and consent status — all in one secure place.
Alerts for innovations & regulatory change: If a development affects your options, we'll let you know. Your eggs shouldn't sit in silence for 55 years.
Seamless pathway to next decisions: Whether you decide to use, donate, or stop storage, we support the next step. No need to start over with a new provider.
